Job Description-Key Skills/Post Details:
Technical documentations of exploitation - Elaboration of the exploitation documentation based on the customer items provided by the customer - Continuous update of the documentation (lessons learned, new platforms, new projects ) Production control - Check the efficient working of the system instances - Check all the queues for problems and incidents - Monitor Technical operations - Monitor the Infrastructures Capacities - Execution of planned controls on the different sytems, checklists execution - Daily reports Maintenance in Operational Conditions - Shutdown and restart of the Operating Systems and of the systems base softwares - Recovery Procedures start, in accordance with the instructions and procedures - Joining to DRP execution Services Management - Logs all the production incidents using the tool provided by the customer - Handle the actions requests which follow the incidents forwarded by the Helpdesk - Proceeds to a first assessment of the incidents severity - Escalation of the incidents to the accurate support groups - Logs the incident updates in the customer ticketing tool - Tracks the Changes or Evolutions impacts.
