Job Description: | 1) Monitoring and Taking necessary steps on BSC alarms (BSC Connectivity, Signaling, GBL, Clock, AP fault, RP fault etc), Monitoring BTS alarms (site down, path down, TS Sync Fault, PCM alarm) 2) Creation of database of newly coming BTS in OMCR. 3) BTS and BSC software up-gradation. 4) Site cascading 5) Creating cell and configuring cell parameters. 6) Increasing configuration of cell based on RF team Inputs. 7) Creating BCCH. 8) Congestion Analysis, Call Drop Analysis. 9) Network Performance Analysis based on RF inputs 10) Analysis the Critical BSS problem and reasons for Site, BSC, Transcoder etc down. 11) Monthly, weekly and hourly cell wise, BSC wise statistics monitoring and take necessary action. 12) Integration, testing and maintenance of sites in BSC & MSC. 13) Providing support to BTS Engineers. |
