Job Description:

The position is suited for highly motivated and energetic individuals with a desire to work on the development of high-performance products. You will work on delivering new products/product features in an environment that spans all flavors of Unix/Windows operating systems. You will work across multiple product lines and deliver solutions that benefit customer with consistent functionality across multiple products.

Research and development includes areas such as:

- Advanced data processing techniques across architectures like SMP, Cluster and Grid systems.
- Web-Services.
- Scalable, highly available and high performance multi-threaded servers.
- Advanced data processing transformations
- Product extensibility, including SDK/API definition for metadata, data and management components of products
- Real-time and transactional data integration across heterogeneous systems.

Required Skills:

- BE/MS/MTech/MCA in Computer Science
- Understanding of Porting and bug fixing with engineering background
- Object oriented design and programming.
- Strong programming skills (C/C++/VC++) and expertise in multi-threaded development.
- Understanding of Unix/NT systems programming.
- Understanding of Compiler\Linker Architecture.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Highly desirable:

- Understanding of Modeling Concepts, UML, MOF.
- XML and Web Services Technologies: XQuery, SOAP/WSDL/UDDI
- Familiarity with databases like Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Sybase etc.
