 Job Profile-1:  PHP programmer with knowledge of wordpress & MVC framework.

 Responsibilities:  Upgrading & maintaining the website using PHP & Wordpress. 

 Job Profile-2: SEO Expert & Blogger.

 Responsibilities: Posting jobs and other important notifications at Job In My State blog.Using Free SEO tools to market Job In My State.Taking care of the comments responding them on time. Planning to get more and more visitors through various marketing strategies.

 Working Hours: 12 hours (Including 1 hour lunch break & 30- 30 minutes two short breaks) for each profile with TWO DAYS WEEKLY OFF like top IT MNC's.

Salary:  For both the profile: First month 3000/-, Second month 4000/-, Third Month 5000/-, Fourth Month: 6000/-, Fifth Month: 7000/-, Sixth Month: 8000/-, From Seventh Month onwards 10000/- for till 12th month. After 12th month 20000/- per month huge salary hike.

After each month performance review will be done and on the basis of that review only above mentioned increments will be implemented.NOTHING TO WORRY ITS JUST SAFETY MEASURE -NO ONE WANTS LOSS... & for us loosing business is similar to loosing our employees...So don't worry you will enjoy working with us...
