Key Skills/Job Profile:
| Design and develop high quality test plans and test cases Work closely with Development and Program Management teams to provide feedback on design (product and technical) and user scenarios Drive improvements in unit testing coverage, develop test suites, expand our automated testing harness, and automate end to end tests Analyze defect patterns and drive test initiatives to resolve these to completion Design and develop test tools that allow our team to scale out to support new features Work with feature teams to collect the right data to base decisions from Validate metrics and reporting accuracy./ Test experience (4+ years) with track record of driving multiple products/versions from inception to delivery. A degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience. Four years of coding in C and C++, or C# or Java Preferred to have knowledge in web technologies (JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML, JSP and Java Servlets) Experience in writing test automation and a passion for UX testing. Solid tool creation/code writing experience. A test mentality and methodology with a strong focus on end-to-end scenario testing. Excellent problem solving, debugging, design and debugging skills. Excellent communications skills both in team, across team and with management and other disciplines. |
