Key Skills/Job Profile: | Job Description 1. Manage the existing customer accounts and relationship by maintaining a consistent high level of service delivery. 2. Share the client feedback with internal teams and key shareholders and support in the improvement of services when required. 3. Update the client on issues that are critical and follow up with internal teams to ensure timely closure of issues and service restoration. 4.
