Key Skills/Job Profile: | You should Exposure to OS internals / Kernel / Virtualization / File Systems / Storage / SCSI / Networking OS maintenance on any flavor of UNIX or RTOS. Strong C / Systems programming knowledge. Good analytical and problem solving skills. You will be responsible for maintenance, testing, quality and performance assurance of HPUX Operating System. You will make changes to system software to correct errors in the original implementation and create extensions to existing programs to add new features or performance improvements. You will review requirements, specifications, and designs to assure product quality and will develop and implement plans and tests to ensure product quality and performance assurance.You will also be responsible for the design, development, maintenance, testing, and quality and performance assurance of system software products. You will make changes to system software to correct errors in the original implementation and create extensions to existing programs to add new features or performance improvements. Additionally, innovation is key as you design and develop major functional and performance enhancements for existing products and produce new software products and tools. You will review requirements, specifications, and designs to assure product quality and will develop and implement plans and tests to ensure product quality and performance assurance. |
