ITTE N&V 1st LA Engineer works with customers, our internal field technicians and engineers and other NOC staff to solve technical problems regarding ECN and Voice services.
The Surveillance Technician ensures Systems and Services are running as expected. The role includes:
Service and System monitoring, including handling of alarms and trouble tickets. First level restoration, that is to pin point the problem and find a solution.
Good knowledge and understanding of Ericsson applications.
TCP/IP technology.Knowledge of Routing Protocols.Experience from working with Cisco and/or Juniper equipment.
