Job Profile:
1) Analyze current market trends and anticipate future business needs to build a comprehensive sourcing strategy that leverages a wide scope of sourcing tools to pro-actively build candidate pipelines.

2) Understand and utilize the succession planning process to augment and support the overall sourcing strategy employed by the Talent Acquisition team.
